Hi, I’m Eric Breese! I grew up in the Midwest, where playing sports was a huge part of my life. That passion for movement and teamwork eventually led me to something even greater—helping others achieve their own fitness goals.
Like many, my journey took a turn after COVID. I became dedicated to getting fit, learning the best ways to train both at home and in the gym. Through that process, I discovered not just physical strength but a deep understanding of what truly works for different lifestyles and fitness levels.
